About us
Off The Record South East Hampshire has been supporting local young people since 1977 - offering free and confidential information and support to help young people achieve emotional health and well-being; through drop in services, telephone support, 1:1 counselling (individual and family), groupwork around managing emotions and groups for parents and young carers.
We need your help so we can continue to offer and even expand our service! The need for the service is increasing, whilst statutory funding is being cut - rates of depression and anxiety among teenagers has increased 70% over the last 25 years. 1 in 5 young people referred to statutory mental health services are being turned away, and others are waiting for long periods to access much needed support.
With more funding we are able to be here for more young people who need a safe space to come to, or somebody to talk to.
Thank you for your support and good luck!
Yours sincerely
Katharine Gregory (Head of Fundraising)
